On May 17, data presented by the health secretary of Bihar showed that 26% of migrants from Delhi had tested positive, while the number was 11% for Maharashtra. While that created a furore and set off questions about the level of infections in Delhi, the media bulletin of Tamil Nadu shows that trains going to the state from Delhi don't have anywhere near the same infection levels. Only 0.1% of people arriving on three trains from Delhi since May 14 were infected. Of the 2,583 samples tested till May 21, only three were found positive. For the special train running from Pune, the infection level was 0.3%, as 2 of the 658 samples tested were found positive.
